We are arriving this Wednesday and honestly I never gave the volcanos a thought. Then your video came up in my YT feed and I thought, "Oh, should I be concerned?" lol. Turns out, no. Yay! We are snorkeling Silfra on Thursday and the earthquakes you mentioned gave me pause but after some research it seems like it's ok to go ahead with it. Thank you so much for your informative video!

We American do love our large refrigerators! Some times we have 2 plus a full freezer. In Florida, solar panels keeps everything going in case we lose power for days during a hurricane.

The carpet thing in the US also has geographical variations. Here in Miami most people do not have carpeted floors due to it always being so hot. We want our floors to remain cool to the feet. In Colorado moutains.Where my cousin lives, they want carpeted floors to help keep the floors warm due to the cold outside weather.

I see it as "recommendation". Don't disturb birds. Get early or late to the place to avoid people. Be responsible and have fun flighing. Use something like dji Mini x. 10 m away you don't hear that small f*cker.

So this tour done by or called 'Into the Glacier' seems like just walking through a man made lit cave. That's pretty LAME considering all of the NATURAL GLACIER ICE CAVES in Iceland. Are there any tours to NATURAL ice caves at the Langjokull Glacier?

We had a carpeted, nice, lovely living room. . . except we never went in it. If for some incredible reason we were going in it, Mom would remind us to wipe our shoes or take them off. Iceland looks interesting, but I'd miss the green of Tennessee. Can you speak Icelandic? Good video.

Almost everything you are describing is the same in the UK. First time I went to the U.S.A I couldn’t believe that the checkout person packed your shopping 😮 And your grocery bags are free 😮 In the Uk we take our own bags!!

Not all home in the US are carpeted, I’n the Southwest most homes are tiled. This is due to the Spanish influence.

Basically its just the American homes that have everything very extra big. In our country South Africa we also have small fridge/freezes,washing machines and not a lot of cupboards

I will never be happy living in a cluster of apartments, even if it is new and I own it. I would rather live in a separate house even if it is small and needs repairs. I can't do community living complexes. I have done it and felt completely stifled.

I hate carpets. I prefer wood or stone.

In Alaska we do not wear our shoes in the house either.

Ohhh No No No, as someone that is from Iceland, I can can tell you right away that this is not the "best" or the "safest" place to travel solo. With all these foreign people moving here, this place is not safe anymore. Icelands wilderness is unforgiving and will kill you if you are not carefull. The connection is not as good as you think. But yeah we do speak english
